Recently I had a project with the highly regarded nursery Architectural Plants in West Sussex.

They needed a hand clipping some of their Niwaki and more elaborate topiary.

This has long been of great interest to me since visiting Japan in 2023. I was very happy to take them up on their kind offer!

A couple of good friends were getting married and for their wedding present I decided to make them something special out of wood!

Milled locally by my friend and colleague Simon, we chose this beautiful piece of Black Walnut to make a charcuterie board.

The project was a great success and going forward we will utilise the trees we cut down fully (we already donate wood to Pi Guitars- a local charity) and to get involved in the making process ourselves to potentially give people something made out of their tree.
